Responsibilities

– Deliver operational efficiency KPIs for APAC markets, including inventory metrics and E&O management.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize loaners and consignment inventory processes, ensuring service and cost efficiency.
– Drive inventory balancing within APAC through redeployments and contribute to global inventory optimization projects.
– Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions while training stakeholders and reporting progress to global and local teams.

Qualifications

– Experienced Supply Chain Leader: Demonstrates a robust cross-functional understanding, encompassing Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance.
– Business Planning & Product Management: Skilled in business planning, product management, and process integration.
– ERP Proficiency: Possesses hands-on experience with ERP systems.
– Language Skills: Proficient in business-level English and native or business-level Japanese.
– Kaizen Mindset: Committed to continuous improvement and efficiency.
