Responsibilities

– Manage 3-5 staff in Logistics team
– Lead import to delivery of raw materials to clients
– Ensuring all operations concerning our product supply chain, including the logistics, the warehouses, transportation, and customer service, are carried out effectively and efficiently.
– Collaborating with other departments to create coordinated plans for growth and improvements in the company’s supply chain/operations strategy including organizational structure improvements, etc.
– Formulate strategic and operational objectives along with our global operations any supply chain team.
– Examining financial data and use them to improve productivity and profitability as per company guidelines (local, regional, and global).

Qualifications

– Experience in managing a logistics/operations/SCM team (5 years minimum)
– Strong people management and Leadership skills
– Strong communication skills
– Japanese Language (native level or JLPT N1 level certification)
– English Language (business level, or TOEIC >700)
– Experience in organizational transformation a plus
