Responsibilities

-Evaluate activities to ensure the shared processes of global, regional, and local projects
-Identify strategic process requirements of all relevant stakeholders in the company and structure handover to the responsible Process Owner
-Ensure the integrated planning is aligned with respective Operating and Central Divisions, Centers, and local Master Data Teams
-Responsible for change management and consulting on master data structures of the legal entity
-Coordinate data validation activities, including cross-functional data that impact SC scope
-Lead discussions to drive closures on the SC-related activities
-Prepare and conduct project status updates to relevant stakeholders including project steering
-Coordinate country-specific training materials (Handbooks) as aids in training and communication
-Accountable for User Acceptance Test by SC Key users in the country
-Participate, support, and drive country SC data migration/ cut over activities planning and execution.
-Work closely with other in the local country platform to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree
-Native-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Degree in business field or Supply Chain Management is a plus!
-8+ years of experience in supply chain roles, planning, customer service is a plus!
-Project management experience
-Supply Chain certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus!
-Strong understanding of SAP
-Understanding and knowledge of master data concepts, enterprise structure
-Track and trace
