Responsibilities

– Lead SCM team, covering warehousing, logistics, quality, and project tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
– Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers, upholding service level agreements and timely deliveries.
– Partner with corporate logistics and HQ to enhance local activities and manage vendors and 3PLs.
– Determine annual staffing and infrastructure needs based on growth projections, focusing on cost-saving measures with a 7% yearly reduction goal.
– Support goals and ongoing enhancements, foster strong connections with internal and external partners and promote process consistency, LEAN practices, and employee development.

Qualifications

– 5+ years experience in B2B roles
– Understanding of complex business dynamics, supply chains, or related industries
– Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and ERP (SAP) systems
– Familiarity with Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems (WMS & TMS)
– Strong ability to identify, assess, and solve complex challenges
– Successfully led the rollout of new supply chain initiatives within budget parameters.
– Hands-on experience in project and change management
– Preferable knowledge and application of LEAN practices
