Responsibilities

-Oversee the operations team to ensure optimal efficiency in achieving business goals and objectives.
-Facilitate the S&OP and SLOB meetings alongside the commercial team.
-Generate purchase requisitions and orders based on forecasts and customer sales order needs.
-Confirm sales orders and coordinate with suppliers to enhance delivery performance.
-Manage the upload of demand forecasts with inter-company suppliers.
-Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the supply chain.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party warehouses to manage the receipt and storage of inbound products, ensuring compliance with all processes.
-Uphold company policies that align with local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental, health, and safety standards in material handling and storage.
-Oversee inventory management to meet company objectives (including Days of Inventory, aging stock, and SLOB).
-Implement activities to assess the performance of third-party service providers to ensure service levels and effective inventory control are maintained.
-Engage in audits of third-party logistics and warehousing providers.

Qualifications

-Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
-Extensive experience in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, Warehouse and / or Third-Party
Warehouse Management with at least 5 years’ managerial experience.
-SAP, Microsoft office Excel & Access.
-Good analytical, communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker.
