Responsibilities

Reports to Supply Chain Director
Manages 3 staff

– Manage day-to-day logistic planning and execution, dealing with any logistics and customer service queries in a timely and professional manner.
-Point of contact for day-to-day operation matters regarding 3PL (and all other logistical service providers).
-Ensure stable and optimized inbound/outbound operations, including importation process.
– Close communication and alignment with Demand & Supply Planning team is required.
– Optimize the process through standardization and automatization of related workflows within SAP or other IT tools.
-Logistics budget planning and tracking, and ensure efficient use of the resources.

Qualifications

– Native level in Japanese. Business level English is a plus.
– Final degree (BA) in business administration or equivalent.
– Minimum 7 years’ experience and/or specialized qualifications in logistics, demand planning and/or Inventory planning, and/or any other supply chain management discipline, ideally in an FMCG industry in a multinational environment.
