Responsibilities

– Oversee operations activities in a specific market, collaborating with senior leadership.
– Provide strategic direction to logistics/warehouse and customer service teams, including managing third-party logistics partners.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and implement supply chain initiatives.
– Ensure continuous operational efficiency and manage overall inventory.
– Oversee the operations process and participate in quality management processes.
– Plan, hire, train, and manage logistics/warehouse and CS teams.

Qualifications

– Preferred to have 3+ years people management
– Preferred to have 5+ years in medical device/surgical industry
– Good English abilities
– Fluent Japanese
– Plus, if prior 3PL experience or managing 3PL staff
