Responsibilities

– Manages a small production team and oversees all supply chain and production activities, ensuring sufficient supply and in-time, high-quality production.
– Ensure that policies, standards and processes are implemented in day-to-day operations, and guide the interpretation and development of appropriate measures if necessary to ensure a safe work environment.
– Monitors and reports on the performance of supply chain based on key performance indicators and objectives and takes corrective actions if necessary.
– Prepares and manages the annual budget for SCM
– Recommends and implements improvement processes within the production site.
– Leads, through others, a team of professionals and production staff.

Qualifications

– 5+ years experience overseeing all areas of SCM
– Operations management experience
– Leadership responsibility
– P&L responsibility
