Responsibilities

– Oversee and manage import/export operations for international shipments and logistics coordination.
– Supervise export procedures, including the preparation and submission of export documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarding companies.
– Manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper product handling, storage, and packaging processes are followed efficiently.
– Administer third-party logistics (3PL) operations, with a focus on warehouse management and ensuring smooth service delivery.
– Coordinate domestic delivery logistics, including dispatching vehicles and scheduling deliveries to ensure timely service.
– Oversee inventory management, conducting regular stock analysis to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
– Lead physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and consistency between actual stock and system records.

Qualifications

– 2-3 years handling import/export operations
– Experience managing 3PL
– Experience with SAP (plus)
– 5+ years at IT hardware/electronic component companies (preferred)
– Fluent in Japanese
– Business level English
