このチームは、シニアSCMマネージャーの直属で、2名のスタッフのマネジメントを行います！シニアマネージャーからベストプラクティスを学びながら、ご自身のマネジメントスキルも磨くことができるチャンスです！

Responsibilities

-Report to Senior SCM Manager
-Manage 2 staff
– Forecast the demand for food ingredients and consumables due to store expansion and sales growth, plan for stable supply, and achieve cost optimization.
– This role goes beyond supply-demand management and contributes to the overall sales and profit growth of the company.
– Communicate with the Marketing Division, Operations Division, and APAC to influence the execution of the duties
– Procure and stable supply of materials, supplies, etc.
– Handle inventory management and cost optimization for materials and supplies
– Support demand and supply forecasting in coordination with internal departments
– Manage 2 staff
– Ad hoc responsibilities
– Work with external suppliers, 3PL, logistics companies, and APAC to ensure local business and forecast is sustainable

Qualifications

-5+ years of supply/demand planning, logistics, or relevant experience
-Knowledge and experience in material procurement (both domestic and import experience preferred)
-Business-level Japanese
-Intermediate English is OK
-General knowledge and experience in demand-supply management and inventory management
-General knowledge of distribution and logistics management (is a plus!)
-Ability to work individually and in a team environment
-Passion for food is a plus!
