Responsibilities

– Manage import/export documents, customs clearance, and permits.
– Supervise the admin team to ensure timely shipments.
– Coordinate stock orders and online operations.
– Work with other departments to enhance efficiency.
– Ensure accurate systems and reports.
– Prepare stock and analysis reports.
– Support inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
– Verify documentation accuracy for orders.
– Assist the Supply Chain Manager in smooth operations and improvements.
– Drive supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
– Oversee 3PL partner performance and service quality.
– Use reports to monitor volume and productivity.
– Provide admin support and handle office tasks.
– Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain fixed asset records.

Qualifications

– Experience with Customs procedures or familiarity with Excise operations.
– Background in working with 3PLs, with a thorough understanding of associated complexities.
– At least 3 years of experience managing full sets of shipping documents, warehouse monitoring, and coordinating local deliveries.
– Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese.
– Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
