Responsibilities

– Processing order entries and managing transactions for distribution partners.
– Addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
– Managing calls and emails related to order placement, status updates, shipment tracking, and general assistance.
– Providing proactive and solution-oriented support to Customers, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
– Resolving customer requests
– Additional tasks as assigned, such as handling returns, addressing billing and invoicing concerns, conducting customer analysis, supporting field sales operations, and swiftly resolving issues.
– Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements for greater speed and efficiency
Align efforts with the company’s overarching mission.
Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in daily responsibilities while striving to enhance quality and safety.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
– Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft applications.
– Proven track record in a customer service role.
– Ability to excel in a fast-moving, high-output work environment.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills for business interactions.
– Background in business-to-business (B2B) customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting. Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
– Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) with business-level English communication skills.
