Responsibilities

– Report to Head of Operations
– Monitor factory, distribution center, and inventory status to meet market demand.
– Communicate regularly with SCM on imports, production, and supply conditions.
– Establish operational standards for handling products per agreements with partners.
– Oversee order processing, shipping, invoicing, and receivables management.
– Approve expense claims for distribution center operations.
– Implement global supply chain systems and ERP selection.
– Lead a high-performance supply chain team.
– Guide the ERP system implementation for demand, production, and distribution.
– Drive cost reductions and negotiate supplier contracts.
– Monitor and manage secure distribution of products.
– Collect sales data from distributors and support sales planning.
– Track sales performance and contribute to sales strategies.
– Strengthen relationships with sales teams and market stakeholders.
– Collaborate with departments to improve distribution efficiency.
– Work with cross-functional teams to align reporting metrics.
– Partner with IT to ensure data management and reporting needs are met.

Qualifications

– At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and distribution planning within the pharmaceutical sector.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, healthcare, or life sciences.
– Proficient in English at a business level.
– Experience in managing teams.
– Capable of adapting to change and managing risk and uncertainty with ease.
