Responsibilities

– Report to Logistics Manager
– Manage daily logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
– Work with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery and
inventory tracking.
– Keep records of shipments, stock levels, and schedules updated in the logistics system.
– Handle import/export activities and ensure compliance with regulations and customs
requirements.
– Resolve shipping issues and delays by communicating with vendors, carriers, and customers.
– Prepare and track shipping documents such as bills of lading and purchase orders.
– Analyze logistics data to find improvement opportunities and reduce costs.
– Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics activities.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
– Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment and distribution planning.
– Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

– 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping regulations (import/export).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation and records.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
– Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus not required.
