Responsibilities

– Manage 4 staff
– Report to: GM
– Oversee stock levels, quality, and replenishment, and ensure consistency with company targets. Manage wholesale orders, inventories, and invoicing.
– Optimize logistics, coordinate shipments, track costs, and manage shipping/customs invoices.
– Collaborate with brokers on import/export matters, ensure compliance, and prepare/export necessary documents.
– Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, monitor performance, control costs, and organize stock for events and POS openings.
– Monitor and analyze transportation costs, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented while managing related invoices efficiently.

Qualifications

– Business-level English
– Fluent Japanese
– Management skills for 3+ years
– End-to-end supply chain management skills at BtoC companies for 5+ years
– Handling pressure
– Positive mindset
– Team working skills
