Responsibilities

– Report to SCM Manager
– Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstock and stockouts
– Oversee warehousing, transportation, and delivery for reliable customer service
– Continuously improve processes to reduce costs and enhance service levels
– Build strong partnerships for a sustainable supply chain
– Handle order processing, delivery arrangements, and returns
– Manage data entry, database upkeep, and document filing
– Issue invoices and delivery notes
– Respond to inquiries
– Support sales forecast reporting and analyze cost and delivery expenses.

Qualifications

– 3+ years of experience in purchasing, import/export operations, or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or trading company
– Experience in customer service or client support roles
– Hands-on experience using ERP systems
– Experience in administrative or operations support roles such as sales administration, inventory management, or logistics coordination
– Comfortable with data entry and general computer-based tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
– Experience handling customer communication
