Responsibilities

– Report to Operations Manager
– 4 staff in the team
– Manage coating schedule
– Prepare coating liquids
– Manage inventory and process orders for agricultural chemicals and coating agents
– Analyze and develop new methods to improve product quality
– Manage adjustment schedule
– Perform inventory tasks
– Enter data into JDE system
– Conduct physical inspections
– Maintain machinery and support vendors
– Perform other related duties as necessary
– Maintain and improve safety and health measures
– Manage risks related to chemical substances
– Share common tasks as appropriate (e.g., attendance, payments, material management, waste management)

Qualifications

– 4+ years of experience in logistics or relevant experience
– Native-level Japanese
– Business-level English
– Ability to perform tasks appropriately and efficiently
– Cooperative and able to work well with others
– Willingness and ability to improve English to a level suitable for holding meetings
– Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and graph creation
– Ability to coordinate work among team members, including part-time staff
– Strong communication skills
– Comfortable with on-site work
– Forklift qualification is a plus!
