Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
– Oversee 3PL warehouse operations to meet KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
– Manage inventory storage, pickups, and deliveries with 3PL partners.
– Resolve logistical issues, close audits, and support cross-functional projects.
Logistics / Transportation
– Ensure timely transportation for product supply and address undelivered shipments.
Inventory Control
– Conduct weekly and annual inventory counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accuracy.
– Perform monthly reconciliations between Oracle and 3PL WMS systems.
Transaction Control
– Ensure Oracle transactions comply with policies, reconcile with 3PL systems, and manage shelf-life to prevent expired shipments.
Other Responsibilities
– Troubleshoot Oracle issues, support events, and verify 3PL billing accuracy.

Qualifications

– 5-10 years of supply chain/distribution experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong leadership, teamwork, and ability to work under moderate stress.
– Bilingual proficiency with excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
– Results-driven with minimal supervision, strong time management, multitasking, and project management capabilities.
– Analytical, planning, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills adaptable to evolving environments.
– Proficient in inventory management systems, ERP software (e.g., Oracle preferred), and general computer skills. Industry certifications are a plus.
– Knowledge of local regulations on product storage/distribution and a solution-driven mindset for process improvements.
