Responsibilities

– Oversee import/export processes for analyzers and spare parts, ensuring compliance.
– Manage logistics from airports to warehouses and coordinate customs.
– Handle shipping damage claims and warehouse operations.
– Maintain inventory and manage high-volume invoicing (150/month).
– Facilitate product returns and export documentation.
– Place orders, monitor shipments, and ensure delivery alignment.
– Liaise with IT and resolve system issues.
– Compile sales performance data and manage 3PL contracts.
– Monitor logistics budgets and optimize suppliers.

Qualifications

– Fluent Japanese
– Experience with import procedures
– Business Level English (plus but not required)
– 3PL Management
– Experience in life science, medical device, and manufacturing companies is a plus
