Responsibilities

– 3 staff in Operations and Customer Service team-Reporting to Operations and Customer Service Manager.
– Assist customers with purchase orders.
– Address inquiries to provide assistance to customers.
– Manage open orders to meet customer-requested lead times.
– Communicate with distribution centers (headquarters and APAC) and forwarders for timely delivery.
– Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure local availability.
– Generate quotes using the internal ERP system.
– Provide administrative support to sales personnel.
– Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

– 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
– Business-level Japanese.
– Business-level English.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams.
– Experience with any ERP system.
– Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Functions, Interactive Charts, etc.)
– Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and resilient mindset.
