Responsibilities

-Ensure the smooth import of products from our factories located abroad.

-Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for sales representatives to sell our products in the Japanese market effectively.

-Manage the export of products from our factory in Japan to other companies located abroad.

-Oversee the logistics and customs procedures for importing goods from our overseas factories.

-Facilitate the establishment of sales channels and distribution networks for our products in Japan.

-Streamline exporting products from our Japanese factory to other companies worldwide.

Qualifications

-Extensive experience managing orders within IT-related companies, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.

-Proven track record in import and export operations, including managing customs clearance, documentation, and logistics for IT products and services.

-Demonstrated ability to work closely with finance, sales teams, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to optimize processes and achieve business goals.

-Over three years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing and coordinating various aspects of business operations and team management.

-Proficient in business-level English with exceptional communication skills, complemented by native-level fluency in Japanese, enabling seamless interaction with international and domestic stakeholders.
