Responsibilities

-3 staff in Operations and Customer Service team
-Reporting to Operations and Customer Service Manager.
-Assist customers with purchase orders.
-Address inquiries to provide assistance to customers.
-Manage open orders to meet customer-requested lead times.
-Communicate with distribution centers (headquarters and APAC) and forwarders for timely delivery.
-Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure local availability.
-Generate quotes using the internal ERP system.
-Provide administrative support to sales personnel.
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams.
-Experience with any ERP system.
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Functions, Interactive Charts, etc.)
-Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and resilient mindset.
