Responsibilities

-Lead productivity Improvement
-Define and propose strong productivity actions to reduce the freight out and logistic cost
-Lead “Order to Cash” improvement
-Digitize the tasks where it makes sense with implementing EDI
-Manage 3PL and inventory control
-Drive the continuous improvements of SC operations with effective team management
-Importation with complying all the regulatory requirements
-Procure to pay management with local partners
-Oversee the performance of the team members and develop the individual capability

Qualifications

– Native level in Japanese. Business level English is a plus.
– Degree (BA) in business administration or equivalent.
– Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics, demand planning and/or Inventory planning, and/or any other supply chain management discipline, ideally in an FMCG industry in a multinational environment.
– People management experience
