Responsibilities

– Position will report directly to Supply Chain Manager
– Oversee Material Management functions to enhance overall effectiveness in achieving business goals and objectives.
– Facilitate the S&OP and SLOB meetings with the commercial team.
– Generate purchase requisitions and orders based on forecasts and customer sales requirements.
– Validate sales orders and coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery timelines.
– Collaborate with inter-company suppliers to update demand forecasts.
– Manage inbound shipments and ensure proper receipt of goods.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and leading supply chain enhancement initiatives.
– Coordinate with internal teams and third-party warehouses to manage the receiving and storage of inbound products, ensuring compliance with all processes.
– Administer inventory management in accordance with company objectives, including Days on Hand (DOH), aging stock, and SLOB considerations.
– Develop strategies to monitor the performance of third-party service providers to ensure they meet expected service levels and maintain effective inventory control.
– Engage in audits for 3PL/3PW and carry out good receipt procedures.

Qualifications

– 5 years’ experience in Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Transportation, or Warehouse (one is fine)
– College or equivalent experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
– Previous experience working with SAP and data management systems desirable.
– Confident to make decisions and take initiative.
– English communication skill is preferred.
– Willing to work under pressure
