Responsibilities

-Report to Head of Supply Chain and work with 2 other supply chain specialists
-Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure timely product delivery in response to customer orders.
-Understand and update forecasts monthly, incorporating inputs from related departments to determine quantities.
-Monitor and address potential shortages by analyzing forecasts and sales trends, notifying relevant departments, and negotiating production increases with overseas planners.
-Maintain appropriate inventory levels, minimize disposal risks, and communicate with business divisions for improvements and updates.
-Understand KPIs and SOPs and ensure operations comply with documented processes, creating or updating documents as needed under managerial guidance.

Qualifications

-Preferred to have 2+ years in Demand/Planning or Forecasting
-Business-level English Oral and Written
-Proficient in PC skill Excel/Powerpoint
-Preferred experience with SAP ERP
