Responsibilities

– Improve the planning, discussion and execution of supplier performance improvement plans.
– Develop production and supplier capacity models and optimize suppliers manufacturing for optimized total cost of supply.
– Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to provide the best customer experience.
– Balance inventory and supply planning while maintaining targeted customer service levels.
– Participate in special projects related to product launches, line extensions, and various supply chain initiatives and ERP implementations.
– Work proactively and collaboratively with quality, regulatory and engineering to guarantee supplier compliance and manage supplier change notifications.
– Manage item master data for planning purposes.

Qualifications

– Working knowledge of demand planning, logistics, customer service, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, materials planning and procurement.
– ERP systems knowledge
– Continuous improvement background with successful implementations a plus
– Excellent adaptive communication ability to a variety of stakeholders
– Able to manage multiple priorities and possess the ability to drive root cause resolution.
– Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry preferred.
– Written and spoken English
