Responsibilities

– Report to Demand Planning Manager
– Manages stock of finished products in sales warehouses, ensuring alignment with local demand forecasts.
– Assesses inventory levels, storage strategies, and upcoming production and sales projections.
– Creates and updates inventory system data, including network adjustments, lead times, cost considerations, and delivery timelines.
– Monitors past and future promotions and new product launches to inform inventory planning.
– Collaborates with logistics, production planning, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient routing, scheduling, and storage of goods.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry preferred, or experience in medical, lot management, or import sales industries.
– Experience using SAP.
– Advanced English skills (TOEIC 800+) or experience using English in a professional setting (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
– Fluent in Japanese
– Experience using Excel
– Positive mindset
