Responsibilities

-Consolidate gross demand across categories and channels (retail, wholesale, outlet, e-commerce).
-Lead the operational process from gross forecast to net demand creation.
-Define warehouse stock target strategies for permanent/noos products.
-Challenge forecast accuracy and calculate net demand based on stock projections.
-Plan seasonal/carry-over demand by phasing allocations (early delivery, replenishment) and reviewing historical data.
-Conduct supply reviews, including executability analysis and synchronization with regional supply planning.
-Manage priorities with MBP/sales for non-executable scenarios.
-Address warehouse constraints and capacity issues in coordination with local logistics.
-Track and report inventory metrics, analyze leftover stocks, and follow up on action plans.
-Drive inventory de-plenishment, cleaning, re-balancing, and optimize stock allocation across channels.
-Manage NOOS (Never Out of Stock) products, including defining safety stock levels.
-Facilitate SIOP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes: weekly reviews for prioritization and monthly tactical projections.
-Analyze projections, landing, and OTA, while monitoring delays and re-balancing actions.
-Oversee customer order tracking, allocation, and cleaning to align with invoicing and margin goals.
-Coordinate with operations/regions to address factory delays or inventory retention issues.

Qualifications

-10-12 years in supply chain/logistics/distribution/planning, preferably in the fashion industry.
-Advanced degree (business/engineering with a supply chain focus) is a plus.
-Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage complex data sets.
-Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Native-level Japanese and business-level English, both written and verbal.
-Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
