Responsibilities

– Develop strategies to recruit high-quality candidates aligning with defined criteria and business needs.
– Collaborate with leadership to understand market talent landscape, business strategy, and DE&I opportunities.
– Lead end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with HR and business leaders for timely execution.
– Drive college recruitment with retail and development teams, focusing on talent development.
– Advocate for diverse talent, expanding the brand in diverse talent markets.
– Utilize innovative sourcing channels to engage passive talent through social media, networking, and more.
– Train hiring managers to enhance candidate experience and uphold the brand promise.
– Partner globally to share best practices, tools, and HR trends across regions.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience at TA professional
– Experience in retail industry recruiting for both mid-career and new graduates
– General HR background knowledge
– Good English level
– Good PC skills
