Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive their talent acquisition strategy, ensuring they attract and retain top-tier talent to support their ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive headcount and recruitment plans to meet the evolving business needs of our client.
– Collaborative Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to craft and refine job descriptions that align with the client’s strategic goals.
– Global Recruitment Strategy: Implement and adapt global recruitment strategies and initiatives to fit the unique needs of our client’s Japan operations.
– Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with global HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure cohesive and aligned recruitment strategies for our client.
– Innovative Recruitment Events: Strategically plan, organize, and participate in recruitment events to attract high-caliber candidates for our client.
– Diverse Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process for mid-career professionals, new graduates, and contingency workers, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach for our client.
– Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Native level Japanese
– 5+ years’ experience in recruitment ideally covering various types: mid-career, new grads, etc.
– Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries a plus (not required)
– Strong communication skills
– Basic PC skills
