Responsibilities

– Manage overall TA strategy for Japan (headcount planning, D&I initiatives, employer branding, etc.)
– Handle and fill requisitions (with agency / external business partner support)
– Stakeholder management: communicate effectively with various stakeholders for hiring needs and alignment, provide strong internal customer service
– Global/regional TA projects / initiatives: Responsible for implementing into Japan
– Provide leadership for Japan TA team and collaborate with colleagues in region

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or related experience
– 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
– Business level English / fluent Japanese (native Japanese with business level English or non-Japanese with fluent Japanese skills are both welcome)
– Fluent Japanese language skills and experience recruiting in Japan are a must
– Energetic, proactive, someone able to be a strong representative of the company who can help to build the reputation and branding in the market
– Strong interpersonal skills and communication skill: Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of different people of different levels, backgrounds, personalities
– Balance: Someone who can balance both strategic and hands-on recruitment duties
