Responsibilities

Reports to: Senior Executive based in Japan
Team Structure: HR Team with 5 staffs

This position is seeking a professional to oversee and enhance various training initiatives, with responsibilities evolving to encompass broader aspects of the business.

– Manage and update training programs to meet business needs.
– Localize HQ materials for the Japan market.
– Promote company culture and staff morale.
– Innovate new training services and tools.
– Conduct brand, product, and sales training sessions.
– Enhance customer service using metrics and global techniques.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
– 3–5 years of experience in training or managing sales.
– Knowledge of retail; sales experience is a bonus.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Fluent in Japanese and English.
– Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
