Responsibilities

– Manage recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
– Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies.
– Develop and deliver training programs to support talent growth.
– Use data to recommend recruitment solutions and ensure legal compliance.
– Strengthen employer branding and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

– Experience: 7+ years as an HR professional, including 5+ years in recruitment (preferred in multinational FMCG, beverage/food, and distribution industries)
– Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and industry networks for candidate sourcing.
– Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and business-level English (both written and spoken).
– Relationship Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
