Responsibilities

Position will cover mainly general HR operations and General Affairs responsibilities, with also some HR BP responsibilities.

– Facilitating change management
– Driving employee engagement
– Assisting with learning and development
– Assisting with other projects or initiatives as needed
– Administering, interpreting and making recommendations on HR policies and regulations
– Providing HR reporting and analysis as necessary using available data and metrics
– Support recruiting efforts together with manager
– Onboarding / offboarding
– HR data management
– Payroll and social insurance operations management
– General affairs operations
– Office management
– Health and safety management
– Internal communication

Qualifications

– Bachelor´s Degree or higher
– Business level English
– Native level Japanese
– 5 years of experience in HR & GA related roles
– Good PC skills
– Good data management skills
– Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
– Strong communication skills
