Responsibilities

Position title is HR Generalist and the role will initially be focusing on recruiting with responsibilities such as:

– Recruitment Responsibilities: Handling new graduate, mid-career, and fixed-term recruitment processes.
– Personnel Transfers: Managing secondment, leaves of absence, and retirement.
– Organizational Reforms: Implementing changes to adapt to the company’s expansion phase.
– Collaborative Approach: Working closely with departments like development, production technology, and corporate.
– Adaptation of Hiring Methods: Modifying recruitment strategies to align with evolving trends.
– Diverse Hiring Scope: Dealing with various employee ranks, job roles, and contract types to cater to company needs.

Qualifications

– Bachelor degree or higher
– Intermediate level of English
– 3+ years of relevant HR experience
– Excellent communication skills
