Responsibilities
Position: Sr HR Specialist
Report: Shared Services Director overseas
Team: Member of local and regional team
– Implementation of HR Strategy: Lead the shared services HR team in executing global and regional HR strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
– Payroll Data Management: Manage regional payroll solutions, time and attendance systems, and statutory processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective personnel cost reporting.
– Process Efficiency & Automation: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, collaborate across functions to address operational requirements, and execute global process ownership.
– Service Delivery Excellence: Deliver high-quality HR services to internal customers, resolve complex issues, monitor performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Change Management & Migration: Lead service migration projects, develop stakeholder relationships, and enable successful organizational and process changes through training and strategy.
– HR Operations Oversight: Oversee HR operations including talent services, total rewards services, time tracking, and payroll administration
– Project Management & Collaboration: Break down projects into deliverables, ensure successful completion, and foster teamwork by encouraging collective problem-solving.
– Customer Orientation & Relationship Building: Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs, fostering trust, and promoting a customer-focused culture within the team.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– years HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
