Responsibilities

Position: HR Generalist
Report: HR Manager
Team: 4-5 members in team

This role focuses on HR and General Affairs for one of the company locations in Japan.

Main Responsibilities:
– Support Recruitment: Communicate with department management to understand needs, recruit candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up.
– Support Education and Training: Plan and implement educational initiatives with department management.
– Conduct Onboarding Training: Implement HR policies and help new hires settle in.
– Support Evaluation and Salary Processes.
– Plan and Implement Organizational Measures.
– Ensure Compliance with Internal Rules.
– Liaise with HQ HR and Implement Global Policies.
– Review Labor Relations Regulations.
– Other Duties: Manage company cars, general affairs at factories, coordinate events, handle office contracts, and work with the Safety Management Department.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
