Responsibilities

Position: HR GA Supervisor
Report: HR GA Manager

This position will cover wide duties in HR & GA overseeing especially HR operations. The role will be a potential candidate to step up into a manager role, managing the team in the near future.
– Lead and execute business improvements, efficiency enhancements, cost reductions, and problem-solving.
– Treat other departments as internal customers and maintain good relationships to achieve organizational goals.
– Participate in policy formulation and make constructive proposals for HR and general affairs initiatives.
– Apply comprehensive HR and general affairs knowledge to tasks and conduct training for team members.
– Understand and adapt to changes within the company and department, ensuring mutual benefits with other departments.
– Communicate with company headquarters to resolve issues in specialized areas.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience (especially in HR Operations)
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
– Manufacturing industry experience a plus!
