Responsibilities

– Support, consult & advise managers on HR related topics.
– Contribute to improving business performance for assigned division
– Act as HR representative to all stakeholders within the company, especially assigned BU
– Contribute to the development of the business unit strategy.
– Perform talent and organizational development.
– Coordinate, deploy and coach managers on talent development tools, processes and policies.
– Ensure appropriate job grading methodology and its use as per Group standards and all relevant C&B applications.
– Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
– Develop policies and improvement plans for quality of life at work.
– Coach and support managers on health, safety and working conditions topics related to HR.
– Employee Relations Management.
– Develop employee relations related actions and communications
– Coordinate internal communication activities in accordance with the site’s communication plan.
– Personnel and Data Management
– Comply with HR management procedures
– Support C&B operations
– Lead communication for employees and management
– Employee engagement
– Communicate with labor union
– Employee relations
– Lead HR development programs and performance reviews
– Work with recruitment team for employer branding strategies
– Develop and deploy sourcing strategies related to recruitment needs.
– Work with recruitment team to manage the candidate screening and selection process.
– Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and provide final feedback.
– Participate in and lead HR projects
– Review and update company rules.
– Establish onboarding and probationary structure.
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

– ジェネラリストとして、5～7年以上の人事実務経験がある方。
– ビジネスレベルでの日本語、英語能力
