Responsibilities

– Provide HR expertise as the subject-matter expert to managers and directors
– Lead change management initiatives
– Implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage compliance and risk
– Proactively seek ways to improve organization
– Manage relationships and interactions with different stakeholders
– Executes HR business strategies to drive key business results
– Maintain broad- knowledge of the organization and its operations
– Demonstrates working knowledge of the labor market
– Partners with managers, directors and HR to proactively implement business solutions
– Coaches managers and directors on HR and business-related issues
– Aligns solutions with business unit HR strategy and advocates for solution implementation
– Executes leadership and organizational development initiatives
– Oversee HR Operations and seek out ways for improvements
– Conduct data analysis and provide reports and discussions

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Business level English
– 8+ years of experience in HR related roles
– Experience in HR BP or HR Manager related roles preferred
– Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project
management skills
– Strong communication skills
– Good business acumen
– Good PC skills
