Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Director
Team Size: 7 member HR Team

As a HR Manager your role covers HR Business Partnering, support with general affairs for the back office, and engages in some CSR responsibilities. Kindly feel free to apply even if you have little HR BP or CSR experience as the client is mainly looking for a candidate with strong HR General Affairs experience. Some of the areas you will be handling are as follows:
– HRBP (45%): Handle recruitment, training, and employee support for departments, guided by the HR Director.
– General Affairs (45%): Oversee all office administrative tasks with one temporary staff member.
– CSR (10%): Lead CSR activities based on brand strategies, working with the headquarters as well.

Qualifications

– Experience: 5+ years in HR and general affairs. Management or CSR experience isn’t needed.
– English: Must be fluent in business English, Native Japanese
– Industry: Open to all industry experience
– Qualities: Flexible, fast, accurate, and a team player
