Responsibilities

Report: Regional HR Head
Team: Member of regional team, standalone for Japan

– Align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic guidance while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
– Advise and coach leaders on change management, culture alignment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
– Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes and partner with COE and OD teams to drive employee development.
– Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor regulations.
– Oversee payroll processes and enhance compensation policies to boost productivity and efficiency.
– Plan and execute employee engagement activities and lead continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
– Act as a key liaison for HR matters, ensuring clear communication with management, COE, external vendors, and stakeholders.
– Demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive influence on managers and employees across the organization.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8+ years HR experience across different areas
– Strong communication skills
– Agility and flexibility
– Good business acumen
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
