Responsibilities

– Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals and sustainable talent strategies.
– Talent Management: Facilitate career development, promotions, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
– Performance Management: Enhance performance evaluation processes, set criteria, and establish feedback mechanisms with executives.
– Organizational Development: Lead efforts in organizational design, culture change, employee engagement, and labor management.
– Labor Management and Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws, resolve labor issues, support disciplinary processes, and update regulations.
– HR Data and Analytics : Utilize talent data to provide insights and create KPI-based reports to guide decision-making.
– Employee Training and Development: Plan and execute training programs, focusing on skill development and hierarchical training structures.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8-10+ years of relevant HR experience
– Experience as an HR BP highly preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
