Responsibilities

– General HR: Update HR policies, improve retail performance, manage HR budgets, report to HQ, maintain HR systems, oversee Payroll, and handle audits.
– Hiring: Create hiring strategies and fill open positions in a timely manner.
– Employee Relations: Build good relationships, handle employee communication, and resolve HR issues.
– Performance Management: Lead performance reviews, assess talent, and drive organizational changes.
– Training: Plan training strategies, onboard new employees, and support training delivery for retail staff.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of HR experience.
– Excellent communication in Japanese and English (Business Level).
– Builds effective relationships and understands organizational dynamics.
– Proactive problem-solver in ambiguous situations.
– Constructively manages conflicts.
