Responsibilities

Report: Japan Head of HR
People management: Individual contributor role
Team: 5-7 members in Japan HR team

Business Partnering:
– Work with leaders to create and implement HR strategies.
– Plan HR initiatives to meet organizational goals.
– Support organizational capability and sustainable talent strategies.
Talent Management:
– Assist in career development, promotions, and job rotations.
– Develop and execute succession programs and build talent pools.
– Promote diversity and inclusion.
Performance Management:
– Improve performance management processes.
– Set evaluation criteria and feedback processes with executives.
Organizational Development:
– Lead projects on organizational design, culture change, and labor management.
– Enhance employee engagement.
– Labor Management and Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Resolve labor issues, support disciplinary processes, and update employment regulations.
HR Data and Analytics:
– Analyze talent data to provide business insights.
– Create KPI-based reports for decision-making.
– Employee Training and Development:
– Plan and manage training programs for skill development.
– Implement hierarchical training programs.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience, including experience as an HR BP preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge

Welcome

– Experience in multinational companies preferred!
