Responsibilities

Company has various sites and locations around Japan with different specialties. This position will oversee the overall HR Management for specific sites including strategic duties working together with HR BPs and HR Operations to ensure the achievement of HR goals and services for assigned sites.

– Oversee HR management for the site or site clusters, together with HR Managers/Staff
– Manage recruitment, learning, and development needs, aligning with overall HR strategy
– Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement local HR initiatives and manage HR processes.
– Advise site leaders on HR issues, propose compensation packages, and own the recruitment process
– Act as a change management advocate and troubleshoot HR issues.
– Support HR policies and program delivery, co-develop HR project agendas, and identify L&D needs.
– Manage the site HR team, ensuring a supportive work environment and compliance with procedures.
– Handle workforce planning, employee concerns, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8+ years of relevant HR experience across various areas of HR
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
