Responsibilities

Reports to: General Manager Japan
Team Structure: 4 members

– Coordinate with outsourced firms for payroll and insurance tasks; manage employee data in Jobcan.
– Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups until hiring is complete.
– Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documents, orientations, social insurance, and IT access.
– Organize training programs like new hire sessions, 360° feedback, English courses, and e-learning.
– Update policies, file agreements, and maintain HR data and reports.
– Oversee welfare, disaster prevention, facility management, and new store preparations

Qualifications

– Experienced in HR and General Affairs in smaller sized companies
– Proficient in PC usage.
– Business-level English and Japanese
– Accounting experience is a plus (not required)
