Responsibilities

Report: Country HR Head
Team: 3 Managing staff

About the role:
Position will cover the Tokyo office location as Head of HR & Admin, reporting to the Country HR Head who oversees all sites and employees in Japan. There will be close collaboration with HR teams from other sites as well as overseas. This role will cover all HR, admin, and legal governance duties for the Tokyo location.

– Oversee HR functions, including employee evaluation, compensation, training, headcount planning, recruitment, engagement, and retention.
– Fair Ensure treatment, compliance with corporate policies, and implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
– Manage internal documents, corporate registrations, and office events.
– Handle procurement, budgeting, and contract management for non-aeronautical/non-IT needs.
– Coordinate security, disaster prevention, business continuity, and crisis management efforts.
– Support legal matters, audits, and internal controls.
– Organize executive and board meetings, ensuring proper documentation and preparations.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10+ years relevant HR and GA management experience
– People management experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills / HRIS experience
– Strong labor law knowledge
