Responsibilities

Report: Group HR Director
Team: Managing 2-3 staff, collaboration with larger group team

– Act as Head of HR for one business unit entity, leading key HR initiatives and projects.
– Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR processes.
– Provide expert advice on business and organizational development, including leadership coaching and training programs.
– Manage annual HR processes, including talent management, employee engagement, and change leadership efforts.
– Oversee HR budget, labor relations, dispute resolution, and the achievement of key HR KPIs
– Ensure compliance with standard processes, policies, local regulations, and improve partnerships with external entities.
– Lead reporting requirements and country-specific training programs.
– Guide less experienced HR team members and resolve cases, managing escalations effectively.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8-10+ years HR experience across wide areas
– Experience as an HR BP or Manager level role
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
