Responsibilities

Report: Japan President and Global HR overseas
Team: 4-5 member team

The Head of HR leads the company’s HR strategy to ensure organizational growth and stable operations. This role involves maximizing employee potential, embedding corporate values, enhancing motivation, and improving operational efficiency.
– Lead HR strategy to ensure organizational growth and stability.
– Maximize employee potential and embed corporate values and culture.
– Formulate and implement talent strategies, including attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
– Design and manage a fair and transparent performance evaluation system.
– Oversee HR operations: recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, and legal compliance.
– Manage general affairs, including regulatory management, office optimization, and event planning.
– Enhance employee engagement and conduct satisfaction surveys.
– Collaborate with the executive team to align HR, General Affairs, and IT strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10+ years of relevant HR experience including 3+ years in management level roles
– Staff management experience
– Strong communication skills
– Strategic thinking and critical thinking ability
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
